Description
It is a special jaggery produced by an endemic sugarcane variety in the Uttar Kannada district of Karnataka, which is in a moderately liquid condition. It is only available in this area and is grown there. In various traditional recipes prepared, such as Sambar, Dhosa and other sweets, this jaggery is used domestically for daily consumption. It varies from other types of jaggery, such as pellets, powder that are bit salty in taste and adulterated, due to its wonderful sweet taste.
At any point of development, Liquid Jaggery does not contain any chemicals, even when cultivated as sugarcane. To prepare delicious sweet, you can use this jaggery, while being sure it is pure and organic.
